What is love?
Love is a feeling. Love is the meaning of life. Love is everything.
Love is the strongest and most profound emotion a human being can experience. It is unconditional, selfless, and eternal. Love is always true, and it is always right. It is an immeasurable affection that genuinely connects two souls. It exists beyond the ego and beyond desire, beyond attraction, beyond attachment and care, beyond our needs, and beyond who we believe ourselves to be. Love is the deepest expression of who we are and of what matters most to us in life.
Love is the meaning of human existence. Our entire lives are an opportunity to learn how to love—ourselves, another person, or even the sun.
Love is everything. Every atom in the universe is made of love. Once we move beyond the illusions created by fear, every human emotion is, at its core, an expression of love—even fear itself. Love is everything that is and everything that is not. We ourselves are love, which is why loving and being our true selves are ultimately the same lesson.
